Of course, it is always more fun to gather with our friends in person when we can. At StaarCon 6, you will make new friends, meet artists, authors, and teachers that you admire, and perhaps catch up with friends you haven’t seen in a while.
Palm Beach Gardens is filled with restaurants for every taste and budget, many of which are within walking distance of the hotel, and most of which are a free hotel van ride away. Within the DoubleTree is a great bar and restaurant as well. You will enjoy dining with your StaarCon friends.
Our evening activities at StaarCon are always so much fun! Our Opening and Closing Ceremonies are magical, creative, and inspiring. Our Saturday evening event, the Bardic Circle, hosted by Christine Leiser, is an opportunity for you to share your stories, songs, poems, and skits. Wear your finery, or a fabulous costume, walk the red carpet, and join us for a very entertaining evening.
We are planning lunchtime crafting sessions, late-night pub games, and other things to make your conference experience exciting. We also have a swap table, so bring your unloved books, decks, and magical tools, and maybe find a treasure to take home!
If you plan to join the conference virtually, you will still be able to have some fun times together with your StaarCon friends. ‘BaarCon’ is the name of the gatherings that happen each night at virtual StaarCon. Of course, BaarCon will continue on StaarCast, our new virtual platform, so expect to spend some time in the online bar at StaarCon 6, talking, laughing, and sharing readings.
Years ago, as I was beginning my career, a tarot conference gave me perspective, inspiration, and a sense of community. All these years later, we have created StaarCon to provide those same things to tarot readers, diviners, and spiritual seekers at all levels of experience and development.
