Tickets are available for StaarCon 2024 to be held in West Palm Beach, Florida at the Hilton Palm Beach Airport Hotel.

The Hilton is offering a limited number of rooms to StaarCon 2024 attendees at a reduced rate. Be sure to reserve your room soon! Mention group code STAR24 or book online! You can cancel your reservation until 24 hours before the event if you can’t make it in person.

We don’t provide a meal plan, but the Hilton is offering a 20% discount for food and beverages at their restaurant and bar for StaarCon 2024 attendees.

Sign-up sheets and organized transportation for field trips to restaurants near the hotel will be available.

Cancellation Policy

All sales are final and we shall issue no refund for any payment received by us. If you are unable to attend an event you may: (i) transfer your registration to another person; (ii) donate your registration to our scholarship fund or (iii) use the payment as credit toward a future event. Please contact us at admin@staarcom.com to process your request.

All Tickets Include Virtual Access

You will receive a notification by email when the Accelevents portal is live. Be sure to create an account if this is your first visit to StaarCon. All ticket holders can participate in the StaarCon 2024 Afterglow where you can watch the recorded videos and participate in live interactive lounge events for 365 days past the end of the event. You can participate in Accelevents lounge events and reach out and network with our exhibitors. Sponsors will provide special codes for discounts on merchandise.

Full Conference tickets will have access to all the recordings. Single day and weekend ticket holders will have access to the recordings made on the days they have access.

In-person tickets do not include the 7% Palm Beach County Florida sales tax.
