We have a date and a location for StaarCon 6! Join us October 2, 3, and 4 at the DoubleTree Hotel and Executive Meeting Center in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Located 15 minutes from Palm Beach International Airport, the DoubleTree offers a comfortable conference center, guest rooms with balconies overlooking the pool, breakfast in Oz Restaurant, and lunch, dinner, and drinks at the Fusion Lounge.

Across the street from the conference center are a Publix grocery store, Outback Steakhouse, Paddy Mac’s Irish Restaurant, and Sushi Yama Japanese Restaurant. Easily reachable by walking, driving, or taking the DoubleTree van are places like Christopher’s Kitchen, which specializes in organic vegan, and the famous Rocco’s Tacos.

StaarCon 6 will feature a 2,000+ square-foot Marketplace, open to the public from 10 am to 6 pm all three days. We will have three tracks of presentations on Saturday and Sunday. Our presentation rooms will include our Live room, where headliners will present, and where we will hold opening and closing ceremonies and the Bardic Circle. Everything that happens in the Live room will be streamed to StaarCast and recorded in real time.

Our Quiet and Calm Room was a welcome addition to StaarCon 5. For StaarCon 6, we are renaming it the Mindful Room. On Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, you will find seances, yoga, soundbaths, and other fun and meaningful activities. Those who present in this room will provide videos about their subject matter in advance of the conference for those who are attending virtually on StaarCast.

On Saturday and Sunday, our Classroom will hold panel discussions, classes, and presentations that are not recorded. As with the Mindful room, videos about these presentations will be available on StaarCast.

Our Hospitality room will host coffee breaks with our sponsors and will include a screen displaying our online presenters on StaarCast.

As you have come to expect, our presenters will include some of the world’s best-known artists, designers, authors, readers, and teachers, along with exciting new talent. Please save the dates and look for announcements. Tickets are available now!

The StaarCon 5 AfterGlow is now over! Thank you to everyone who worked to make StaarCon 5 and our year-long AfterGlow wonderful. Now, we move on to StaarCast and StaarCon 6.

Please save the date! We are planning to hold StaarCon 6 on October 2, 3, and 4, 2026, in Palm Beach County, Florida. Stay tuned for announcements coming soon. We are working to deliver the same value you expect from StaarCon at a more affordable price.

At StaarCon 6, you can expect many opportunities for hands-on learning, a lot of fun, and the joy of gathering with your community for support, fellowship, and personal and professional development.

We will also have our Marketplace, with exciting vendors and opportunities for readings. As we did last year, the Marketplace will be open to the public as well as conference attendees.

The StaarCon 5 AfterGlow ends on Monday. Look for exciting announcements about our new online platform, StaarCast, coming soon. And, expect an announcement about StaarCon 6, coming to you this Autumn in South Florida!

We have two final lounge events this week before we say goodbye to StaarCon 5 and the Accelevents platform that has hosted us for the past five years.

On Thursday, January 22, at 7 pm ET, join us for Spirit Circle: A Modern Day Séance with Kimberly Scheurer. Each person who attends will receive a message from spirit.

On Saturday, January 24, at 5:30 pm ET, it’s time for a StaarCon 5 Wrap-up with Serena Fox and Christiana Gaudet. Bring your cards and join us for conversation, divination, fellowship, and planning and goal-setting for what comes next.

The last recording has been recovered from Accelevents, and the process of editing and repairing the video has begun.

Beta testing will start soon, and access will be offered to prior ticket holders and volunteers. Look for an email from StaarCast Community.

Since the end of StaarCon 5 last January, we have been discussing the changes and improvements we want to make, having learned a great deal over the past five years. There is so much about StaarCon that is unique, precious, and valuable, which we want to preserve and enhance. Other aspects are ready for change.

One significant change many of you have requested is to move to a different time of year. We are exploring the possibility of holding StaarCon 6 in the autumn of 2026. We will have firm details for you before the end of this month!

The StaarCon 5 AfterGlow draws to a close this month. Look for some pop-up lounge sessions before then, and make sure you join Kimberly Scheurer for a final Spirit Circle on Thursday, January 22, at 7 pm.

We are in the final weeks of the StaarCon 5 AfterGlow. Many people considered StaarCon 5 the best StaarCon to date. Please make sure to watch the recordings before they are removed from Accelevents.

We will share announcements about StaarCon 6 shortly and will host at least two more lounge events on Accelevents before the end of the AfterGlow. Please mark your calendars for the final Spirit Circle with Kimberly Scheurer on Thursday, November 22, at 7 pm.

This past week, our team continued to upload the vast library of videos created by StaarCon presenters and artists. The site will open when the videos are available. Beta testers will soon receive instructions on how to enter the member website.

We have less than a month left in the StaarCon 5 AfterGlow. Are there lounge events you would like to see or offer before the end of the AfterGlow on January 26?

We expect to make announcements about tickets for StaarCast and our next in-person gathering early in 2026.

As we begin a new year, we are grateful for our StaarCon community and look forward to our new platform and new opportunities to gather and learn in 2026.

This week, the entire StaarCon video library is uploading to its new home on StaarCast! More than 300 gigabytes of video from our past conferences will be available upon completion of this phase of the project.
