Many tarot practitioners use their beloved deck for daily inspiration and guidance. As helpful as these benefits are, there are even greater reasons to begin each day with tarot. They include daily engagement with the sacred and the potential for establishing our tarot deck as a tool for spiritual awakening.
Join Frank Kwiatkowski as he shares some “whys” and “hows” for creating your own Personal Sacred Tarot Practice. He will share what he has learned in ten years of engaging in a simple tarot ritual nearly every day. Participants can expect to appreciate the benefits of using tarot in the style of a sadhana practice. They will also learn helpful tips for creating a Personal Sacred Tarot Practice of their own.
Have you sat down ready to dive into your shadow side but come up with a few trivial things, then crickets?
In this workshop, we will use tarot to help you reveal those shadowy parts you keep hidden and discuss how you can use these aspects of yourself for direction and empowerment.
The Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn recreated the tarot deck as a Kabbalistic tool to seek Divine connection through a practice of deep self-examination. The Waite-Smith deck was specifically designed for each card to correspond with teachings encoded on the Kabbalistic Tree of Life. However, they never taught (at least publicly) how to use the tarot in a Kabbalistic ritual to connect with the Divine within.
This workshop will introduce you practical Kabbalah—which means you’ll learn key concepts that you will be able to use daily, without any complicated, abstract, or abstruse philosophy. You’ll learn how the structure of the deck and the meanings of each card are rooted in the meanings of their positions on the Tree of Life. And you’ll learn the basics of a traditional Kabbalistic ritual—the practice of Counting the Omer—so you can forge your own personal connection to the Divine and so you can enrich your tarot readings with greater spiritual depth.
Integrating card meanings is the true art and heart of a tarot reading. It's about seeing through to the central pattern or gestalt of the spread: the organized whole that is more than the sum of its parts. We'll acknowledge the many ways in which this is normally accomplished, while focusing on exploring a few unusual methods. You'll find that practicing these special techniques results in programming your brain by forming the neural links that are then experienced as automatic pattern recognition--what we call intuition. I guarantee these techniques will take your readings to the next level. Bring your cards.

As a reader for yourself or others, a question you will often be asked is “who is my spirit guide.” This class will introduce concepts from my book, Spirits Unveiled, and introduce two spreads to connect with spirit beings. These will help select the right spirit being to guide the sitter and help them know how to connect, interact, collaborate, honor, and demystify spirits of all kinds. You can use almost any modality with these spreads. So bring your divination tool of choice. (Michelle will demonstrate using tarot, pendulum, and dice).
Join us in a moment of appreciation and affirmation, as we share our joy of tarot, art, divination and community.
