I am from Australia and currently live in the Washington, D.C. area. I bought my first deck of Tarot cards in 1997 in Santa Barbara at the tender age of 37. However, I have been on a spiritual path since my earliest memories, long before I even knew the word ‘spiritual’. It’s been a journey of de-mystification and realisation, and reading Tarot is part of my authentication. I have completed a ton of Tarot courses and training seminars and have given many presentations at conferences in the US and the UK, both online and in person. I do not come from a long line of mystics; however, when growing up, I realised my birth family was ‘limited’; so my earliest recognition of who I am came through pop culture. Then came years of martial arts, intrinsic energy and chi; Kundalini Yoga, meditation and prana; Tarot; Reiki I, II, III and teaching; Poetry, and other energetic explorations. In recent years, I have been exploring and learning about an adjacent spectrum of experiences and abilities, including mediumship. Currently, I am developing a Tarot deck, which might take a while! It is my absolute pleasure to be invited by Christiana to present for you at StaarCon 6, a true milestone of my Tarot life. Thank you!
The practice of reading Tarot provides access to objectivity and guidance for navigating life's challenges. These skills don't disappear when the cards are put away. Jason takes us on an exploration of the outside world to take your Tarot reading skills further. Participants will get to explore Tarot beyond its use in readings. This may lead to an expansive experience in which you learn to read the world like fabled seers and mythological oracles as you navigate life. This is an adventure of being in the ‘real world’ using your Tarot reading skills, where the cards are optional.
